Blistering and packaging with efficiency and expertise
IDEAL-PHARMA Packaging offers not only blistering and packaging, but also packaging according to your needs. We process all commercially available types of foils, package information leaflets and folding boxes.
Our focus is the packaging of solid dosage forms for food supplements, medicine products and pharmaceuticals according to strict quality criteria, e.g. the IFS Standard (Food Version 6.1) and the GMP Standard according to §13 of the German Drug Law for human medicinal products and veterinary medicinal products.
In addition, we can manage the entire supply chain including bulk, foils, package information leaflets and folding boxes. On request, we can also take over the optimisation of the technical design and the dimensioning of blisters and packaging.

The company
A young company with many years of experience
IDEAL-PHARMA Packaging GmbH was founded in 2018. Despite being a very young company, our 27 employees have many years of experience and the best contacts in our special market segment. As part of the IDEAL-GROUP we also benefit from the performance and financial strength of a strong group of companies.
Located in Brackenheim, Germany, we maintain over 4,600 square meters of space, of which 1,200 square meters are production areas and 1,400 square meters are warehouse space, with approximately 1,900 storage spaces for Euro pallets. Our machines and plants are equipped with the latest technology and a sophisticated multi-zone concept in the production area also ensures high quality standards.
We have fully air-conditioned clean rooms for our packaging lines and individual humidity control (down to below 30%). Our production lines are set up within individual clean rooms, which significantly improves efficiency. We ensure error-free packaging of folding boxes and package information leaflets using camera and other code reading systems as well as manual inspections.
Our focus is on having close and trusting cooperation and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - in short: We have only done our job properly when you are satisfied.
